We are looking for a product-minded full-stack developer to help us scale that mission by enhancing implementation efficiency and delivering powerful self-serve features that directly impact both internal teams and external customers.

- Can independently ship full-stack features (from DB to UI) with minimal hand-holding.
- Have a sharp product intuition and work to deeply understand our users' needs.
- Regularly identify and implement tools that boost your output.
- Choose the simplest working solution, and can explain your tradeoffs clearly.
- Communicate clearly, bringing confidence and momentum to the team.
- Deep attention to detail in all of the work you produce.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Build user-facing features that make account and pilot onboarding faster, smoother, and more self-serve.
- Work across domains: modelling, data ingestion pipelines, transformation logic, and internal tools.
- Translate complex vertical needs into scalable platform modules tailored to specific project types.
- Improve and debug existing systems, ensuring quality, precision, and thoughtful handling of edge cases.
- Support the team by providing timely, constructive code reviews and collaborating across product and engineering.
Platform Enablement
- Accelerate the team by introducing LLM-powered automation, publishing code notebooks, and creating implementation cookbooks.
- Establish a clear implementation roadmap, automating the repetitive parts of deployment work.
What We're Looking For
Experience and Skills
- Senior-level experience with React and Ruby on Rails (or similar MVC backend frameworks).
- Ability to independently ship full-stack features from database to UI with minimal hand-holding.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, making sound technical and product decisions.
- Pragmatic mindset: clarity and maintainability over cleverness.
- Clear communication and deep attention to detail.
